Apollo, founded by M26s Dain and Daria, is Minerva's first art-centered student initiative. We're here to bring together art enthusiasts and keep the creative spirit of Minervans alive through various experiences: museum visits, art workshops, and our semesterly exhibitions.

Vision Vanguards’
purpose is to explore the world through our lenses, finding and celebrating the beauty in the mundane. We aim to create a community of fellow photographers or people who are into photography where we can ideate, create, inspire, and get inspired. We would have group street photography sessions, where we would get out of the res and take photos, afterwards, we would have a presentation and critique of our own photos in order to get better along with other challenge photoshoots, workshops, and exhibitions.

Musical Theatre Company Thalia aims to bring the joy of live drama performances for M25s. They have organized 4 shows thus far.

Agora
is a musical theatre SI for M26s. We pick a show, modify it creatively, workshop it, and hold a production in person in rotation cities for both Minerva and Non-Minerva audiences. Entirely directed, acted, and designed by students, Agora aims to showcase new and existing theaterworks of various cultures and genres. Students of the same role will work together to make a creative outcome that they can showcase on stage by mid or end-semester. So far, Agora has produced:

Heathers: The Musical for Seoul (Fall 2023) Ride The Cyclone for Berlin (Spring 2024)

Film Collective is Minerva’s film society. Through a series of different activities, such as the 24h film marathon, Minerva at the movies, and rotation-city film opportunities, you have a lot of options to explore film!

MinervAcapella
is the Glee Club for Minerva. We performed for Friendsgiving and Quinquatria in SF in the M26’s freshman year and decided to make an official acapella group starting our second year. We used to be an M26-specific SI, but have changed to “it depends on where the group leader is.”
